1. The Clavicular Clip loop hides the interconnecting suture knot into the 5 mm clavicular cortical drill hole: eliminates protruding knots.

2. The Clavicular Clip loop is 2 mm wide with smooth edges which reduces friction for the interconnecting suture.

3. The Clavicular Clip is 16-20 mm long and 8 mm wide which provides a snowshoe effect: supports the bone and eliminates implant sinking into the bone. Useful also in lateral clavicular fractures. 

4. The dorsal rim of the Clavicular Clip reduces pressure induced by the tendon graft limb onto the clavicular bone. Allows also graft stabilization to the Clavicular Clip.
